If you bought on our website - just submit a refund request via the contact form and ask for a refund. Super easy. Once your refund gets the green light, we'll process it within 3 days maximum. Depending on your bank, it might take up to 15 days for the money to hit your account.
The 30-day window applies to your first charge on any plan - weekly, monthly, or annual. Renewal charges are non-refundable unless the service was down for more than 48 consecutive hours during that period.
If you're in the EU or UK - you also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, provided you haven't activated premium features yet. Submit a request via the contact form with the subject "Statutory withdrawal" within 14 days.
