1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Quince Chat (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App. GORAN OU (“the Company”) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

2. Eligibility

To use Quince Chat, you must be at least 13 years old. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

3. Use of the App

Quince Chat is designed to provide a messaging platform for users. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the App. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

The information collected does not identify you personally and is used solely to keep the App running smoothly and securely.

All content, features, and functionality of Quince Chat, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of GORAN OU and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without the prior written consent of the Company.

6. Limitation of Liability

Quince Chat is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. GORAN OU makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the App for any particular purpose. The Company is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

7. Termination

GORAN OU reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to Quince Chat at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Company.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tallinn, Estonia.
